본 개발처가 제공하는 애플리케이션은 구글 로그인(Google OAuth API) 연동 과정에서 사용자의 구글 계정 이메일 주소 및 프로필 이름을 식별 용도로 활용합니다.
또한, 앱 내 캘린더 연동 기능을 위해 Google Calendar API의 읽기(Read) 및 쓰기(Write) 권한을 요청합니다. 이는 사용자의 구글 캘린더 일정을 앱 내에서 조회(읽기)하고, 사용자가 직접 추가·수정·삭제한 일정을 구글 캘린더에 반영(쓰기)하기 위한 목적 외의 어떠한 용도로도 사용되지 않습니다.
본 개발처는 사용자의 개인정보 및 구글 캘린더 일정 데이터를 별도의 외부 백엔드 서버에 절대 저장하거나 수집하지 않습니다.
인터넷 연결이 끊긴 오프라인 환경에서도 유저가 일정을 연속성 있게 확인할 수 있도록, 연동된 일정 데이터는 사용자 본인 기기의 브라우저 로컬스토리지(LocalStorage) 및 캐시 영역에만 임시 보관됩니다. 이 데이터는 로그아웃 후에도 오프라인 열람을 위해 기기에 유지될 수 있으며, 사용자가 직접 '브라우저 캐시 및 사이트 데이터 삭제'를 수행할 경우 즉시 영구 파기됩니다.

본 서비스는 인디 개발 프로젝트로서 예고 없이 서비스의 일부 또는 전부가 수정, 변경, 중단될 수 있습니다. 본 서비스는 무료로 제공되므로, 서비스 중단 및 변경으로 인해 발생하는 어떠한 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.

RetroLAB ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
Our application uses Google OAuth API to sign in. During this process, we access your Google account email address and profile name solely for user identification purposes.
In addition, to provide the calendar synchronization feature, we request Read and Write permissions for the Google Calendar API. This is strictly used to view (read) your Google Calendar events within the app and to sync (write) any events you add, modify, or delete back to your Google Calendar. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
We DO NOT store, collect, or transmit your personal info or Google Calendar data to any external backend servers.
To enable offline access and ensure a seamless user experience, your synchronized calendar data is stored locally and temporarily inside your own device's browser LocalStorage and cache. This data may remain on your device after logging out for offline viewing and will be permanently deleted only when you manually clear your browser's cache and site data.

These Terms of Service govern the use of the calendar application ("Service") provided by RetroLAB. This Service is an independent client-side application that integrates with the Google Calendar API.
The Service does not store user data on external servers; all data is kept locally on the user's device (browser LocalStorage). Therefore, we are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device changes, clearing browser cache, or lost devices.
As an indie development project, this Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Since the Service is provided free of charge, we are not liable for any damages arising from such modifications or termination.
We are not responsible for any service malfunctions caused by external factors, including but not limited to Google API outages or network connectivity issues.
